Hi i signed up for a 30day free trial and it has charged me on the first day for premium? so why no trial?

I'm in the same boat- I got 48 hours of trial time when the website says 30 days.  What's the deal?  I don't mind paying to keep the service, but at least give me my additional 28 days!
