404 Not Found 198.55.99.48 - no redirects at this IP

I've been trying to log into my account for about a week with no luck. 

When I go to http://www.spotify.com/account or http://www.spotify.com/is/account/overview/ or try to follow any link to access my account I get this. 

404 Not Found 198.55.99.48 - no redirects at this IP

When I try to access the same info through the app it says I'm offline (when I am definitely online).

I'm trying desperately to cancel my subscription - how else can I do that without being able to access my account info please?

Are you using windows? In case can you please go and paste what's inside the file located in : Windows/system32/drivers/etc/host ?
