48 hour trial over after 2 hours?

I got an email 2 hours after i signed up for my "48hour" Trial i get this email:

Thanks for taking our 48-hour free trial. If you’d like more time to discover Spotify Premium, click the button to enjoy another 30 days on your mobile for free.

And i cant use it anymore? Anyone else have this problem?
