502 bad gateway/ oh no something went wrong error

Hello,

 

Everytime when i try to visit spotify.com, my account info or when i try to login i get the "502 bad getaway" error or "oh no something went wrong" error. Is there a way to fix this problem so i can view everything normal again?

I can login now but if i want to look at my subscription or payment setting i still get the " oh no" or bad getaway error

I'm having this exact same error when I try to access my payment settings. My credit card was cancelled and I need to change it to a valid one so that I can continue having a premium account. How do I fix this?

Something has gone horribly wrong! But don't be sad.
You can try again a little bit later.

 

Keep getting this message everytime i try to pay ,  i got a new bank card so i have to update my details , and now im afraid ill lose premium because i havent paid . 

 

Can someone please help me , ive tried on every browser and different computers !

Likewise... Have been trying to give money to Spotify for three days now, but I keep getting the same Oh no .... error popping up, on all devices and on all browsers I tried.

3 month free trial on play music is looking good

Same problem here, and the support isn't helping at all...it's not a problem with the card Jesus!! We can't open the page to update the details!

 

4 days having this f***ing problem...Apple Music and others are looking good here too...

Add me to this list. Cannot update my credit card to continue subscription. Can you imaging the money flying out their doors based on all the people on this thread and all the others with the same problem?
