why am i able to get here but cant get to my account page, it runs ver slow and then gives me a 504 message?

I am trying to upgrade my package and spend more money with you but can not. this is the worst customer service userface ever! you are a huge application that millions of people use, how do you not have a phone number i can all?!?!?!?! this is insane
