60 day Free Trial

A day before your 60 day trial email was sent, I just applied for the 30 day trial.  And I cancelled the 30 day trial in hopes of capitalizing the 60 day trial.  Now I don't have the 30 day trial anymore.  Is there anyway for me to still get the 60 day trial?  I'm really disappointed that I now have to pay after just wanting to see the premium trial to see if I'd like it.  Guess I won't be able to find out.

Hey Eugene 🙂 

I am pretty sure the 60 day free trial was only available to those who would never have subscribed before, meaning you wouldn't be eligable if you had already taken up a free trial. 

However, even after you cancelled your 30 day free trial, your account should have remained on premium until the date of your first bill (which would be 1 month after you subscribed to the trial) - so you should still have premium (or you have used up all of your free days?).

If you want to ask Spotify very nicely is there anything they can do for you, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

A couple of days ago, I received an email for an offer with a 60-day free trial, however when I click the link, it only offers me a 30-day free trial. How come?

Strange, when did the email arrive and what page does the link in the email take you to?
