60 day free trial

Hello,

I just now decided to take the offered 60 day free trial which I've heard multiple times while using my normal free spotify. I haven't taken the 30 day free trial before. And now when I took it it was only for 30 days? Is this some kind of a bug?

I tried getting the 60 day free trail but it took me to the website and I couldn’t do anything after that I went back to the app and it gave me the 7 day one

I'm the same, finally decided to take the plunge from free to premium and take the 60 day trail but its really hard to do that. Its just giving me a 30 day free trial

If you look at the first post in this thread, and the first response from Spotify, you'll see that this promo is done. It happened 2.5 years ago, folks.

I had many ads posting a 60 day free trial. I'm an Australian user and attempting to open the trial through the app after closing the ad which defaulted me to the 7 day trial. After going through the website it allowed me to go for the 60 day trial but at the end of the transaction only reflected the 7 day promotion I'm assuming because I already began the 7 day trial. Can you please solve this issue

Similar issue here, it's defaulted to the 7 day trial when I've been getting repeated ads saying the 60 day trial is available. Could someone from the support team manually switch it over?

I personally contacted support telling them I'd heard the ad and they
helped me out as a one time courtesy thing. Apparently it's not supposed to
be playing as they have no record of the ad being available so give it a
shot and ask nicely and they might help you out too, if you can screenshot
the ad as well it'll help your case!

The last time I saw the 60 days free promotion was February 14, 2018. Hope Spotify will have another 60 days promotion in Easter !!!

Mate, I'm not the support staff haha. Jump over to the support chat and see
if they can help you out, helps if you can name times/dates/screenshots of
when you saw the ad since I was told they're not intentionally running the
ad anymore.
