Two days ago i'm not wrong i got a mail and i was announced that i got a free 60 days premium as a birthday gift. But it seems that i'm not eligible for it .
Can somebody tell me why i'm not eligible ? I haven't got until now any free trial and i'm from Romania.

It is recomended to use the following methods of contact as it will be easier to attach the photo with your message

• Send a message to Spotify Cares on Facebook
You can also email support using the contact form, but you might have to wait for a reply first before you can reply with the picture of the screenshot
