7-day Free Trial Premium

I just made this new account now and normally you will get a 7-day free trial premium but nothing pops out. It says that I must avail and pay it on premium. When I connected my facebook account it worked at first, but when I used my gmail account, there's no free trial. I've used my mom's account to check it but nothing pops out. Is there something wrong?

The 7 day trial is for all new users who haven't experienced Premium before and if you're eligible you will receive a pop-up to claim.

hey i agree i have gotten a 7 day free tryle always and today mysister set me up a new acount and know free tryile. somethings rong it tells me i have to gro premium to do the free triel but i dont want to do that
