7 day free trial ended early

7 day free trial ended early

Hi I had the 7 day free trial and it ended a day early.  I wanted to test a few more things and I cannot now.  I checked today and it CLEARLY said on my account it would end MARCH 10. Well it is March 9 it says I now am downgraded to Free Account.  I am requesting an additional day of listening as was shown on my account page.

Don't worry! You can get another 30 days by subscribing to the 30-day trial.

Thanks for replying oviiione but that doesn't consist of a solution. I was told March 10 and recieved March 9. I am well aware that if I give Spotify my credit card info then I will get another 30 days. If Spotify expects to gain new customers I suggest they honor what they state. Still waiting for my 1 day to be reinstated... Thanks.
