I took up the free trial and down loaded my music so i could play it off line. 1.6G later and none of the music is available to play.
I have play when off line turned kn. Any other thoughts?

Are you getting any error messages when trying to play the music you've downloaded? Send us a screenshot of what happens when you give it a try.

We'll see what we can suggest.
