I just made a new account and I'm trying to get the 7 day free trail and it just goes straight to premium without giving me an option of the 7 day free trail

i got same problem.i send an mail to spotify about this.this is a trick to set people on with an abo they dont want..am looking for the set to free version.any idea ?

The 7 days free trial is only available if you download the Spotify application on your phone for the first time if you're a new user.

i ask this cause ,i have a robot from untech and in the app is a link to spotify.

what it does is when you say to the robot play music excample beat by MJ

so the robot looks into your music from spotify and plays it.

my question is,will this work with free version,or do you need a abo.

If you cancel your subscription you'll will remain Premium until the day you would have been charged again.

You can only use shuffle mode as a free user which is why you would need to have an abo if you want to command a device to pick an individual song

If you've signed up for Spotify Premium using the same payment method on another account, then it probably won't work.
