Hi,

My payment went through and shows in my bank account for the premium 3 month trial but it's still showing up that I'm on free Spotify. I don't have spotify downloaded onto my laptop and instead use it on the online version. I've tried to see if uninstalling and reinstalling the program on my phone has worked to fix the problem but it hasn't.

I have never been on spotify before and it won't even let me do the 90 days.. seems like they have a huge bug from what I read on forums.
