99 Cents/3 Months Deal Not Working

I attempted to get the 99 cents for 3 months deal with a gift card, but it's telling me that I've already gotten it. I think it's because a member of my family used the same gift card last year to get the deal, but on a different account. I understand that, but it's charged me the 99 cents twice on the gift card (because I tried twice) but I don't have premium. Is there any way I can get those 2 dollars back?

If you're not able to get the Premium subscription, but it's now given you pending charges, here's what I found on the support page:

The pending charge is a part of your bank’s authorization process.

As the transaction(s) have not completed, you won't get billed. The authorization will expire and the funds will be returned shortly.
