99 cents for 3 months offered, charged 9.99 when I entered my credit details.

99 cents for 3 months offered, charged 9.99 when I entered my credit details.

I was going to sign up for spotify after I couldn't get my previous account to work on my ps4 and cell anymore. I signed up a new account, put in my card details and the 99 cents offer was still valid. The total price of the original offer was gonna be 1.06 with tax for 3 months. I put it through and enter my card details, low and behold I'm charged 9.99 when I get the receipt. That was not the offer they put during the original check out. I'd like this adjusted or canceled, cause this was not what was advertised.

As this is a payment related issue, I suggest you to get in touch with Spotify about this.

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did this ever get resolved for you because my card was charged and I didn't sign up for Premium.  Wondering if there's a customer support phone number to actually speak to a person.
