$.99 premium for three months

I subscribed to the $.99c premium for three months, and yet i was charged at the two month period $17.99? Im not sure why this is, someone please help! I subscribed on the 6th of June and i was charged last month, but three months later is september, i have unsubscribed from the premium now but i was still charged last month. Someone please help!
