A deleted account has my student information

A deleted account has my student information

I had the student plan last year, but recently realized I do not anymore. I logged into my old account by accident, and linked my student information. Then, I deleted that account because I wanted it on my current account. I can't link my current account with my student information, despite the account linked to it being deleted. Any suggestions?

Hey, sorry for such a late reply. The thing is, that you can only apply your student discount on one account. The discount keeps running for the entire twelve months after you start your subscription, meaning you'll have to wait out until that year is over to get another discount.

As @PrettyMuchSwiss said, the Student discount can only be added to one account. So, if you have activated the Student discount on the wrong account, you won't be able to move it to your preferred account and if you've deleted the account, there's nothing else you can do from your side, as well. 

In your situation, I suggest that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with it. Just go on there and choose the best channel for you and explain your issue or doubt. Someone will help you as soon as possible.

The Customer Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours by email.
