A device I don't recognize keep taking over my Spotify account even after password change

A device I don't recognize keep taking over my Spotify account even after password change

I was listening on Spotify today via my iPhone as usual then an unknown device showed up and started to play it's own music.  I tried multiple times to take back the account and the device keeps popping up.  It also happens on my Mac.  I then updated all my Spotify software and even changed my password, but the issue still happens.

Hey, spiritkeeper! I suggest you contact Spotify using this contact form. You may recieve an automated reply asking you to check out the support forums again. Not to worry - just reply back (even if it's a noreply address) and the support team will be able to help you. They should be back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

 
In the mean time, I also recommend going here and clicking Sign Out Everywhere. Just be sure to remember your email and new password. It looks like this:
