A lot of problems

Suddenly I´m in offline mode.Can´t even log in on my iPhone tonight.I am living in Norway but I have swedish bankcard and the money has been withdrawn from my bankaccount.But I received an email from Spotify yesterday that said that it was a payment failure after third attempt?!?!?!

Sent an email to the support but no help at all so I guess thet he didn´t read my email that well.What should I do?I mean,I have payed for Premium but it doesn´t work.

It say´s Error 408 whan I try to log in on the iPhone.

Your payment went through after you updated your payment details. Error 408 is an access problem when accessing from outside your profile country after 15 days. You shouldn't have that problem now your subscription is active.
