Does anyone know how to cancel a giftcard payment? I would sincerely appreciate any help to this question. I have two different accounts because one password cannot be remembered for the life of me. Spotify automatically placed the giftcard balance on the account that I cannot remember the password to. I need to somehow cancel the payment and place the giftcard balance on the other account if possible ~A very unhappy customer~
