AI dj feature not showing up because spotify thinks I'm in another country

My Question or Issue

As the title says, I have not gotten the AI dj feature because spotify thinks I'm in a country that doesn't have that feature. Currently I'm in the philippines, and every one of my friends has the feature and i tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, checking and changing the country in settings, redownloading the app, everything. yet, spotify thinks I'm in some other country that does not have that feature. all my details are in the right country, even the bank account i use to pay. hopefully there's a solution for this. thanks! (attached is the photo of my problem)

The DJ feature is currently still gradually rolling out, so if you don't have it yet, you'll get it at some point in the future. 🙂

Thanks for the reply, but spotify did give a notification that i can use ai dj (i did not manage to take a picture) and when i clicked it the picture that i have attached has shown up. So, I think that this is an account problem rather than the feature being slowly rolled out. I just wonder if there is any solution about this or if someone from spotify can look into this. Thanks!

The error message you're seeing might not be reflecting the true reason you're unable to access the feature. 🙂 But like I said in my previous post, the feature is still rolling out to more users, so I recommend waiting.

Sorry for the late reply, but yes maybe the true problem is not reflected in the message. I hope someone from Spotify can help or look into this, or even be contacted about this. In any case, thanks for the information and help!

I've already had a chat with someone from Spotify about this and right now, all I can tell you is that the feature is still rolling out to more users. 🙂
