Hi,

I have a problem... 

I was sure my account log was paol########@gmail.com and i bought spotify premium

but since saturday, it tells me that i havent got Premium but my bank account shows me that spotify was paid.

Maybe i took spotify premium in another account but i'm couldnt find it.

Maybe giving you my bank numbers, you can find my spotify account ??

As you said, it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.

That's exactly that: I found 3 accounts but no one got spotify premium...

I've checked facebook too and I've no accounts there.

I've try to find my accounts in android spotify cache but nothing.

I'm completly lost and i don't know what to do !!!!

Hi there!

I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble with this, I’d recommend having a quick scan of the email accounts you own for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way you can determine which one you used to sign up for Spotify with.
