ALBUMS DISAPPEAR

I guys, from August my Spotify has serious problems. I can download music on my phone but if i close the app and re-open it (also after 3 seconds) all the albums disappear and if i try to download the same albums the download icon close to the title of it become green without download it. If i go on "My album" i can find them but again, if i close the app the disappear. I tryed to stop my premium for a month but the problem wasn't fixed, i tryed to erase all the albums saved but nothing, doesn't work, i tryed to delete the "phones associates" with my computer and nothing. I tryed everything anyone know how to fix it? I have a Sony xperia. They are literally stealing money because i pay a service and it doesn't work from 4 month. Google play is very soon.
