Hello Spotify.

 
First of all, I want to tell you that it annoys me that I've typed you 2 different emails with a 3 day interval, and you haven't responded either one of them. Lets hope you'd want to respond to  this one at least..

 

Now, I have a problem with all my playlists, indluding my Starred playlist. All lists are gone and nowhere to be found for me. 

Also, Spotify on my iPhone is logged out and when I log in, my Spotify account is un-subscribed (before, I was a subscriber and have been for 2 year soon). What happened?

 

Please help me

It seems you may have created a duplicate account by signing in with Facebook.

 

This is usually the case when users say they are missing their playlists and they are no longer premium.

 

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
