Abbuchung ohne Premium

Hallo,
ich habe mir am 18.12.2016 für einen Monat das 1 Monatige Probe-Abo für Spotify Premium für 0,99€ gekauft und auch den ganzen Monat benutzt.
Anschließend habe ich die Mitgliedschaft für spotify Premium gekündigt und bis zum heutigen Tage spotify free version benutzt.
Jedoch wurde mir am 18.03.2017, 9,99€ abgebucht ohne das ich das wollte.
Und des weiteren habe ich trotz der Abbuchung nicht einmal Zugriff auf die Premium Inhalte und auf meiner Account Info wird angezeigt das ich ein Free Nutzer sei.
Bitte dringend um Hilfe,

If you have a payment that you don't recognize, the best option for you is get in contact with the support team to take a look at your account. You can reach them like mentioned above.
