Ability to see which of my playlists a song is in

Hi,

Out of nowhere my account has "reset": my playlists are gone, my recently played is populated with weird songs and artists and my saved songs appear on the windows app but not on my cellphone. I thought at first that my account was hacked but now I am not certain. I have revived some of the playlists as they appeared as deleted on the website (recover playlists) but all the rest is still the same. Any idea on what happened?
