Abonnement à changer de duo à personnel tout seul

Bonjour,

 

J'ai un compte duo depuis plusieurs mois, et ma compagne s'est rendu compte récemment qu'elle n'avait plus accès au premium. Je vérifie sur mon compte, et effectivement, mon abonnement est devenu personnel. Est-ce normal ? Pourquoi ? Et surtout comment revenir en arrière

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, we'll be happy to help you with this. 

 

From the Community we don't have access to user's accounts to find out why your subscription changed. However, you can access your Account Overview and from the Available Plans, switch again to Premium Duo.

 

After doing this, you should be able to invite the other person. Just keep in mind that after switching plans, your payment day could've got adjusted as well, you should be able to find that info on your Account Overview.
