My Question or Issue

When the time you guys are giving free google mini, I'm still in my first month for free so I can't go apply for it. I was told that I have to wait until I pay for the first month then I can register for the device. But you guys say the promotion is over now? What's the point I keep waiting for?

The google home mini offer is now over,and not able to be redeemed. Unfortunately, the email was not sent, and because it was for a limited time, there is not currently a fix for the problem.

I mean the offer mentioned free user can't applied but there was also no alternative way for those who willing to pay for the subscription.
