About NGO create and share a playlist

We are NGO (event, performing arts, music related) and running website, social media to sell event ticket.

Can we create a playlist to promo our event and share it to website?

Does the playlist come with ad or song only?

Yeah sure, you can create a playlist in the Spotify app 🙂 The playlist is like any other playlist so if the user's Premium then they won't see any ads and if they're on the Free plan then they may see ads.
