Spotify says I've been aboard when I've been in the same country since I made my account so it won't let me log in 😕

Hey @Janet638,

 

First, are you using a VPN? This might be your problem. Is this a general problem (Desktop App, Mobile App) or can you still login in the Spotify.com website? There you could change your country settings: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/

Yes I am using VPN it's called Onavo Protect and when I go to change my country on that website it says the correct country, US which is where I've been since I made the account.
