Accepting a family invite - cant

Hi, i have premium family and have had for about a year. All works ok with 4 family members incliding me as the main account holder.

i have invited a fifth family member (same address as mine).

The invite has been sent ok and the invite email has been received ok by my invited family member.

Hoever when the click on the 'accept' link it takes me to the log in screen, they log in ok and see their spotify account, but the content in empty and nowhere to accept the invite or enter the invite code.

have also tried using the 'this page' (writted in green) link on the email - same result.

Have tried resending invite many times - every time the same.

should it be this difficult?

can someone be my hero?
