Accepting premium for family request

Accepting premium for family request

Hi!

 

I just got a request for our familys new premium family account but when I log onto my email and press accept, it doesn't seem like it ´'s working. Nothing happens and it still says that I need to accept. What should I do?

Just to check, does trying things from a different browser/incognito window help?

Also, are you following the exact steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/ ? 🙂

 

If this doesn't do the trick, let us know if trying to accept the invite from a different device helps.
