Access from another country!?!?!?

Hi! I had to delete Spotify for more device space needed. I moved to another country in the meanwhile.

I've just downloaded the app again.

I'm trying to log in with my Facebook account as I've always done but a message says "it looks your trying to access from another country" and can't log in!

Went on my account settings but cannot change the country, it's the only one on the list!!

Please help otherwise I've got to download a competitor....

Hi! As I said, I tried to do that but the country I was is the only one that appears. No list of countries to choose from basically.

I see.
But you should be able to change your country to whichever country your current IP address geo-locates you.
Are you using a proxy or VPN to access Spotify or the Spotify website?

Sorry don't know the difference.
I'm trying to access with an Android phone on Wifi.
Should I switch GPS on otherwise how do I do it?

It depends on how is the internet connection in the place you are.
Could you try logging in from another device?

It's not the first time I try. Also other time of the day and locations.

That's weird.

Maybe you should get in touch with the support team, if you drop them an email using this form they should be able to change it manually for you.
