Access to account and app all blocked and erroring out

Hi there - i opened the spotify app on my ios device to listen to music while studying and it had logged me out. When i tried to re-login via facebook - since its connected - i kept getting an error that my account doesnt exist. I began trouble shooting and i cannot even accoess my account on my laptop anymore. The browser player for some reason works fine and i can "see" myself logged in but to access my account like update bills or change settings i just get "too many redirects" and ive cleaned out the cookies and browser. What gives?
