Accidental Multiple accounts

I have three accounts in spotify now. The first one I can no longer access. I forgot the password so I made another account and it attached to facebook, but was not working properly with facebook. I looked up my problem and it said to disconnect from facebook. So I disconnected and started a new account (which was my mistake) now I'm on another spotify account that I can't unattach from facebook and my old spotify account can't connect to facebook. The account I want to be attached to facebook makes me login with a username now.

So I want to disconnect my newest account and delete it, re-connect my second account to facebook properly, and get my old accounts password so I can access old playlists to put in my primary account. Please let me know how to do this, I think my account is just locked up and need to be reset by some sort of admin of spotify because it won't let me disconnect or reconnect to facebook on either of my two newer accounts.

Unlinking an Facebook account can be done under the settings panel of your windows or Mac client of 🎧Spotify.

To delete your account of the 🎧Spotify database you'll have to contact the support, with your account information.

To reset your password easily go to the 'Forgot password?' Tab at the login.

And if your latest mistake account has been created with an Facebook account, you cannot unlink it, because its an entire Facebook account.
To delete this account type you have to contact the support over the link above again.
