Accidentally Created 2 Accounts and Can't Find Either

Accidentally Created 2 Accounts and Can't Find Either

Hello,

I believe that I created two accounts in error and now I cannot access either account or create a new one. A while ago, I started a free account with my email address, but stopped using it. More recently, I decided to purchase a Spotify Student subscription, but created this one under my Facebook (since I had forgotten about the free account). The subscribed account was working fine in a web browser, but would not work in the iPhone app or desktop player due to the duplicate account. The app would only show the free account, even when I logged in with my Facebook. I saw online that I should close my duplicate account to stop this issue, so I closed the free account. However, now when I try to login with my paid account, it says that there is no account linked to my Facebook! I also can't register a new account with the email address linked to my Facebook. I already got charged and have an email confirming the existence of this account, so I am not sure what the issue is. I just want to be able to use Spotify since I paid for it, and also not lose eligibility to have a student account!

**Update: It made me log in to post this and somehow it let me log into the free account that I had closed?? So now I am really not sure what is going on.
