Accidentally bought Premium

Accidentally bought Premium

Hey,

 

I went to buy premium with the NUS discount, but didn't realise there was a separate page and when I went to buy it, it didn't ask no questions just updated me I guess with my PayPal details and I expected to be able to put in a discount code or something then confirm the purchase and I have been charged the £9.99. Can I please get the difference back. I have now sorted the Student discount but it says it will start from next month.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
