Accidentally choose Spotify Unlimited instead of Premium

I purchased a $30 spotify giftcard to use for Spotify premium. When I went on my phone to use it there was only an option for Spotify Unlimited and I accidentally selected that. Is there any way to change my account to Spotify Premium. When I try to do it it asks for me to enter my credit card information but that is why I purchased the prepaid giftcard. I want 3 months of Spotify premium not 6 months of unlimited.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for the help. Just contacted them now.

Hello, I just had this problem as well (with a $10 dollar card, if that were to matter), and I emailed Spotify Support, but I guess I'm impatient and would like this fixed as soon as humanly possible. Any idea how long this will take?

Spotify support aim to reply to all cases within 24 hours.
