Accidentally deleted offline devices. How to get them back or reinstall?

I accidentally deleted my 3 offline devices, and now I cannot add any new devices. How do I do this?

Hey @AMDeroeck,

No worries! Just re-download the content you want to use for offline mode on the preferred devices. After that the devices will be put back on your offline devices list.

I did the same, redownloaded everything inmedately but I cannot see the device on my offline list. Does it take some more time cause it happened a few minutes ago

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

Once you've downloaded offline content in a device it should show up in the Offline devices list soon after.

If you're still having troubles seeing it, we'd recommend making sure that your device is not on Offline Mode and that the content you've selected has downloaded successfully.

Further, we'd suggest checking your offline devices lists from a different device to check if shows up.

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend a clean reinstallation of the app on your device with these steps.
