Accidentally logged in with old account, connected to FB.. now, playlists are gone

Newbie

I accidentally logged in with an old, pre-2011, account and connected to Facebook (I thought I had done this on the other computer I use Spotify from). Wrong, and now my playlists in the account that I actually use (connected to this username that I'm posting from) are gone. Yes, I logged into the old account and disconnected it from Facebook and also did a password reset. That didn't work.

 

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to get those restored for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
