Solved!

Accoidentaly added too many family members, downgrade?

Hi,

I was at family plan me plus one member. wanted to go to me + 2 but accidentaly clicked wrong and will be charged for me + 3. How do I back down? from 249 to 199. Don't tell me I need to kill family plan altogether? Handle family option/page is not helping me. Logged in and out multiple times, but no luck.

advice?

Hey @dkmj,

Unfortunately, there's no way to reduce the number of subaccounts at the moment unless you cancel your current subscription. If you cancel, you'll need to wait for the subscription to expire. You can then sign up again with the correct number of subaccounts (2 + me). 🙂

ok, too bad. I pulled the plug from permium altogether and have to live
with the consequences. Now just 'nervous' about what will happen with
regads to billing cycle updates etc. Should I re-sub to premum now, or wait
an hour, a day, a week, or until past my normal monthly pay day, to be
sure? #backoffice_latency
