Account Access

My initial Spotify account was with Fido, I have now switch to a student account , payment have been deducted from my account, however, I have no access to Spotify . Please help me resolve.

Hey @zackizie, welcome to the community!

 

Let's check if you have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You could be logging in a Free account, instead of the Premium one.

 

If you only have one account, try following this troubleshooting.
