My original account was deleted unexpectedly due to an expiration of th email account. Is there a way that those playlists can be accessed and saved on the new account? They were private so they do not show up when searched for.

In regards to your issue, by any chance, did you make those playlists "collaborative"? Or have you ever saved a screenshot that will show the "bar code" of those playlists?
Else, do you happen to know your username? If so, can you try logging in using your username (not the email address) ?
