My Question or Issue

 I cannot change my country settings in my Account (greyed out). I moved wed back to Spain a couple of weeks ago, as I was previously using it in Germany, where I was living for a year. 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Try by going here https://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts/I-can-t-change-the-country-in-my-account/td-p/308416 and change the country with your payment details. The country needs to be where you're paying from.

Since you have a Free account, you should be able to change you country settings in your account page under Edit profile (here). 

 

If you're seeing the option as greyed out, then could you try opening that page in an incognito window or in a different browser?
