Account Data Lost, Help to Unsubscribe

Hello, I've lost my account data because my phone doesn't work and I memorized my data there. I've subscribed for Spotify Premium for a proof period of 3 months. Now I'd like to unsubscribe from this offer. How can I do??

Hey @PaoloSac,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and delete your payment info.
