Account Deleted or disappeared

I have been using spotify for years and I have been paying for premium for the last few months on a new card. My username is lrichard94. I can search my account but cannot log into it any way I have tried. I havent changed my password or username or email (if you can even change those things). Right now im sending this from an alternate email to try and figure out what has happened to my account. Is there at the very minimum a place on your computer where the info about your library is saved so at least I can see the list of songs I have? Or is there some email address or phone number I can call to find help, Ive searched but have had no luck besides being told to ask the forums.
