I tried to contact Spotify several times now and the never respond to any request.
I want my account to be deleted in order to make a new one WITHOUT facebook.
Is there anything I can do so the finally reply to my emails or just delete the account ?

Can you please send me your email reference code (you can find it in message to Customer service)? Send here at thread or over PM.
I do everything that you get answer and job done for your account.
Please before that check spam/junk folders, sometimes it's needed. Also if automated reply pointing to look community or help pages, just reply back and real person will answer next time.

Hi, I am a premium user and today when i Start spotify, all my playlist were lost and it's like I'm not premium anymore, I'm french so dorry for my english. Please help. my spotify account is <snip>@hotmail.com

@user-removed - Is your account showing as premium on your online overview? I'm also just going to hide that email address to stop you from getting any spam.
If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application.
If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi !
I'm new to the community forum and having almost the same issue as described above : I've been using facebook for several years, and just a month ago I decided to close my account. But then I wasn't able to access my spotify account anymore. Then I accidentally (don't ask me how the hell) created a new spotify account that is now linked to the same facebook account !
I lost my premium status (but I've been paying it since the last month though), and cannot access my playlists anymore. I've sent two messages to the spotify support (one on the 3rd of february and the other one on the 2nd of march), both without any answer. I don't have no twitter account and don't want to create one
Anyone can help me please ? Thanks !
