Account Details Changed Automatically - Refund?

Account Details Changed Automatically - Refund?

I just recently switched over to a different bank, so I am moving all of my monthly subscriptions over to my new card. After switching my account details to the new card it took away my student discount and billed me a few days ago for the full price instead of the discounted student price. Is there any way I can get a refund?

For refund inquiries, you will need to contact support

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
