Account Disabled

Account Disabled

Every time my premium time expires my account is blocked for some reason, I lost my facebook login, my gmail login, and now my Microsoft live login. I send an email to support but I got only a "no-reply" message after weeks. I'm really sad that I pay for something that works poorly, why my accounts have to block at the end of my premium time? What I did wrong? I love the service but it's a pain in the ass to create new accounts every time... The case number is 01314154 if it helps.

Reply to the automated email (even though it's from a no-reply) to speed things up.

 

Check out this topic for disabled accounts. When your premium ends, it shouldn't have your account disabled, you should still be able to use the free version.
