Account Disconnected

Hi There,

My account was originally connected to facebook, however for some reason it has now made a new account that claims to be the one connected to facebook, and my old one is now called 1155999522. Could someone at spotify please help me access my playlists from this old account, or help me log into it?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to get these accounts merged again so you get all your stuff back.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
